Description:
Key Responsibilities: ** This is a High Voltage Position** Primary responsibilities will include the operations and maintenance of wind farm substations and transmission lines. Time may be spent on maintaining daily safety focus and developing T&S safety culture, planning daily maintenance, developing site personnel capabilities, providing leadership, coaching, and training, ensuring all plant activities are risk ranked and planned in a safe and efficient manner, and ensuring spare part and material inventory is adequate to ensure T&S availability and reliability

Responsibilities:
* Leads field operations activities of various substation/transmission lines .
* Under limited guidance, position handles maintenance processes, complex problem analysis, and long-range planning.
* Plans daily maintenance work, assigns work based on risk priority and monitors progress.
* Communicates with local, state and federal agencies / companies as required.
* Ensure all work conforms to applicable local, state and federal permits, codes, standards and regulations.
* Leads the maintenance planning and technical day to day maintenance activities.
* Plans daily maintenance work orders; assign work based on risk priority and monitor progress until each order is closed.
* Develop 5 year plans for maintenance including annual outages for assigned T&S systems in the plant.
* Other misc duties as assigned.
