Description:
Currently, NextEra Energy Operating Services, LLC is seeking a qualified candidate to join their team in the position of Wind Technician I. This opportunity is a Full Time position to be based in Mojave, California.

Responsibilities:
Under limited or no supervision, perform regular preventative maintenance and repair activities on wind turbine generators including lubrication, gear-box tear-downs. Perform electronic and mechanical troubleshooting activities as required. Attend regular safety meetings and follow appropriate company safety and environmental policies. Operate, maintain, and manage utility truck and tool inventory. Must be able to work outdoors in inclement weather, climb ladders without assistance, and work at heights greater than 100 feet from the ground surface. 3 to 5 years mechanical or electrical repair experience required. Position may be filled at a lower level.
