Description:
The O&M Intern will learn how to ensure quality, safety and customer service on site for the Siemens Wind Service organization. The successful candidate will have a strong desire to continually monitor and improve personal human performance, contribute to excellent service to our customers; they must possess a strong understanding of human behavior, ability to analyze and react to people in stressful, dangerous situations, and participate in the development of new/improved field procedures and best practices.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have a strong desire to continually monitor and improve personal human performance, contribute to excellent service to our customers; they must possess a strong understanding of human behavior, ability to analyze and react to people in stressful, dangerous situations, and participate in the development of new/improved field procedures and best practices.

Requirements:
Must be an engineering student with a 3.0 or higher GPA. Must have the ability to work in the US permanently without sponsorship. Preference will be given to candidates in the Houston area, as there is potential for part-time work during the school year.
