Responsibilities:
Job Description

•Develop and manage plans to achieve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and employee development targets.
•Identify resource needs and provide required rationale and justification.
•Recommend organizational structures and supervisory relationships for own division of company. Develops employees to the next level (talent and skill management).
•Ability to troubleshoot and resolve very complex delivery and quality problems.
•Reviews, plans requirements, and executes production changes for new service portfolio items
•Develops and ensures adherence to standardized work for shop floor leadership
•Maps, defines, implements and improves internal processes
•Successfully define work flows, jobs and reporting relationships to obtain optimum effectiveness.
•Develop and manage department budget
•Consults with all levels of management.
•Frequent inter-organizational and external contacts

Requirements:
Qualifications:
2+ years of demonstrable leadership within a service/manufacturing environment
Bachelors Degree in Industrial, manufacturing, or mechanical Engineering, Business Management or equivalent preferred
Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma process improvement experience preferred
Strong organizational leadership and planning skills, capable of acting as influencer/negotiator with team members, peers, and management.
Able to combine aggressive initiative with professional discipline and demeanor to accomplish difficult tasks through other people.
Excellent presentation skills with solid verbal and written communication abilities.
Demonstrate a depth of understanding in MRP/ERP principles ; Thorough working knowledge of PP module in SAP advantageous
